Flatbread with Vegan Dippy Egg

(Makes 2-3)

For the Flatbread:

1 Box Free and Easy Flatbread Mix

7g Dried Yeast

150ml Warm Water

10ml Olive Oil

For the Vegan Dippy Egg:

250ml Water

4 tsp Cornflour

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/4 tsp Turmeric

3/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Method:

1. Follow the instructions on the back of the Free and Easy Flatbread Mix to create your dough, and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

2. 25 minutes after leaving the dough to rise, start to make your eggy dip by whisking the cornflour and water in a saucepan.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk tigether, then move over to a medium heat. Continue to whisk until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.

4. Leave the mixture on a low heat while rolling out your flatbreads, then cook in a separate frying pan.

5. Once the flatbreads have cooked, pour the eggy mixture into a small ramekin and serve with warm flatbread. Tear and dip until there's nothing left!
