Method:
1. Empty the jar of kimchi onto some kitchen towel or a tea towel and pat dry.
2. Transfer the kimchi to a baking tray, dehydrator or air fryer.
3. If in the oven, bake around 60-80C for 6-8 hours, until the kimchi feels dry to touch and is slightly brittle. Follow instructions for dehydrating food products in your air fryer or dehydrator to achieve the best results.
4. Once dehydrated, blitz the kimchi in a food processor or blender until it becomes a powder.
5. Store in a jar and sprinkle on all sorts of dishes - roasts, sandwiches, popcorn or anything else that comes to mind!
