Cheesy Sauerkraut Rounds

1/2 jar RIFCo Spicy Kraut

1/2 jar RIFCo Beety Kraut

1             Sheet Puff Pastry

6             Cheese slices (Dairy free if preferred)

Method:

1.      Roll out the puff pastry and evenly spread your cheese slices in one layer. Try not to leave any gaps!

2.      Mix RIFCo Spicy Kraut and Beety Kraut, then evenly spread on top of the cheese.

3.      Roll the puff pastry with cheese and sauerkraut into a log, then cut into 9-12 slices.

4.      Place the slices into the oven at fan 180C for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.

5.      Serve and enjoy! Best served warm.
