Method:
1. Preheat your oven to fan 180C and line a loaf tin.
2. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Once evenly mixed, pour in the hot water, coconut oil and vanilla extract, then stir until well mixed
3. Take your finely chopped RIFCo Beety Kraut and stir this into the mixture.
4. Transfer the cake batter into the pre-prepared loaf tin and cook for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
