Method:
1. Over a low-medium heat, gently warm Rayner’s Malt Extract and the nut butter, until runny and well mixed.
2. In a large bowl, pour in the Rice Krispies, then stir in the Malt Extract and nut butter mix until evenly coated.
3. Transfer to a baking tray lined with non-stick/greaseproof paper and level out so that it is flat. Aim to have around 2 inches in height.
4. Place another sheet of paper on top of the mixture, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
5. Once cooled, cut into slices and enjoy!
This recipe will keep for a few days in an airtight container.
