Method:
1. In a small saucepan, off the heat, whisk the dry ingredients together. Then stir in the remaining wet ingredients until a smooth mixture is achieved.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over a medium heat while stirring regularly.
3. Once boiling point has been reached, reduce the heat to a simmer while continuing to stir.
4. Remove from the heat and leave uncovered for a minute, then cover with a lid and leave to cool until the mustard reaches room temperature.
5. Transfer the mustard to a clean glass jar or air-tight container, then store in the fridge.
