Apple Cider Vinegar Hummus

400g Tin of Chickpeas, drained

2.5 tbsp Tahini

2.5 tbsp Rayner’s Apple Cider Vinegar

4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Water

Method:

1.       Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water to loosen it up a bit if desired.

2.       Serve however you wish and enjoy! We love pairing this with Free & Easy’s Falafel Mix!
