Method:
1. Prepare your stock cube as instructed on the packet, replacing 200ml of the water with half a tin of RIFCo Lentil & Pepper Soup.
2. Cook your gyoza as per the pack instructions, in whichever way is your preference (steam, fry, microwave etc.). Drop your ramen noodles in the stock and soup mix until fully cooked.
3. Plate up your ramen in a bowl, topping with any additional veggies that you have in your fridge!
