Vegan Pancakes
150g plain flour
50g Buckwheat flour
10g Baking powder
20g sugar
5g Free and Easy Egg replacer
360g/ml of a Milk Alternative ( Soya, Oat, Coconut, Almond)
A Little oil for frying
Method:
1. Mix together all the dry ingredients (plain flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, sugar & egg replacer).
2. Add the milk alternative to the dry mixture a little at a time to avoid a lumpy batter, keep mixing until smooth.
3. Heat some oil in a pan, add the batter and fry away until cooked!
