Vegan Crepes 

180g Gluten Free Plain Flour

2 Teaspoons Egg Replacer

400ml Oat milk

1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla (Optional)

2 Teaspoons of Sunflower Oil (more for cooking)

Method:

1.      Place the flour and egg replacer in a mixing bowl and mix until combined

 

2.      Place the liquids (oat milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vanilla (if using) and Sunflower oil) in a jug and mix until combined

 

3.      Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mix a little at a time to avoid lumps. Keep adding and mixing until it forms a smooth liquid.

 

4.      Pour some oil into a pan, once hot add 60ml of crepe mix and cook through.
