Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese

8 tsp Free and Easy Cheese Flavour Sauce Mix

• 600ml Water or Plant Milk

• 1/2 Head of Broccoli

• 1/2 Head of Cauliflower

• 100g Breadcrumbs (Gluten free if preferred)

Method:

1. Take half a head of broccoli and half a head of cauliflower, cutting into smaller chunks and florets. Move them to a baking tray, drizzle with cooking oil and season with flavours of your choice. (We like to use Bay Seasoning for this)

2. Roast the cauliflower and broccoli for 30 minutes at Fan 180C.

2. While roasting, make your cheese sauce. Put all 8 tsp of Free and Easy Cheese Flavour Sauce Mix into a measuring jug, with a small splash of water or milk and stir into a smooth paste. Slowly add the remaining milk/water until completely combined.

3. Once the veg is roasted, transfer to a dish or loaf tin then pour over the cheese sauce and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Cook at Fan 200C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top.

4. Serve and enjoy!
