Sweet Potato Brownies

1 cup Sweet Potato, mashed

1/2 cup Nut Butter

3 tbsp Golden Syrup

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Method:

1.       Preheat your oven to fan 180C and prepare a 8 inch x 8 inch tin.

2.       In a food processor or blender, mix together all ingredients until a smooth brownie batter is achieved, then pour into the prepared tin.

3.       Cook for 20-25 minutes and leave to cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serves 9-12 portions.
